The headline deal: Dartpoints Operating Company, LLC, a Texas-based company, bought a portion of the Bon Carré Technology Park on Florida Boulevard. Land led the week with four of the thirteen sales, including a 50.7+ acre parcel by the Comite River on Joor Road bought by Amite River Recycling, while the 30-unit College Park Apartments near BRCC sold.
