We do very little self-promotion in this Pulse. We just report the market data. Well, I came across a stat that was too staggering not to share.

ELIFIN brokered 39% of the industrial sales in 2025 across EBR and Ascension Parishes. That’s 1 out of every 2.6 transactions. Alex Ruch was responsible for a large share of those sales. I’ve never seen anything like this in my 17 years in CRE brokreage.
