The headline deal: Brock's Real Estate LLC, a Shreveport-based investor, bought a service station near the corner of Greenwell Springs Road and Airline Highway. Self-storage led the week with five of the thirteen sales, all bought by Florida-based Storage Rentals of America with prices withheld, while Mt. Zion Baptist Church bought the former Metro Bowl location at Airline Highway and Plank Road.
