The August 4, 2025 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week, totaling $7.96M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: Baton Rouge Apartment Group LLC paid $4.28M ($12,955/unit) for the 330-unit Cherry Creek apartment complex on North Marque Anne Drive. Multifamily led the week with three of the eight sales, as the same buyer also bought the Olive Square apartment complex for $1.37M, while Iglesia Congregacional Casa De Dios bought the former Circle Bowl property on Florida Boulevard for $700K.
