The headline deal: AGP Investments LLC, a local investor, bought a former bank branch on Industriplex Boulevard. Land accounted for two of the four sales, including a commercially zoned tract near Prescott Road and Plank Road bought by The Baton Rouge Water Works Company, while a local couple bought an office building off Stumberg Lane near Jefferson Highway.
