The headline deal: Avenues Recovery Center paid $15M ($98.68/SF) for the former Cenikor drug rehab facility on Bunker Hill Drive. Office, industrial and land accounted for two sales each, while Minnesota-based investors bought a two-story office building on Bluebonnet Centre Boulevard for $3.58M and Brooklyn-based investors bought the 220-unit Bella of Baton Rouge Apartments off Boulevard De Province for $3M.
