The January 19, 2026 issue covers three commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week. The headline deal: Tamarisk Inc bought a set of four office buildings on more than 2.2 acres in downtown Baton Rouge. The other two sales were a trio of industrial buildings on 6+ acres in Zachary, bought by Riverland Freight LLC, and a 90+ acre parcel of land on Comite Drive.
