The May 6, 2024 issue covers eleven commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week. The headline deal: Jase Enterprises LLC bought a 1+ acre parcel of commercial land along Louisiana Highway 30 in Gonzales. Industrial led the week with three of the eleven sales, while GAP Hotels, a Lafayette-based hotel development and management company, bought the Hampton Inn on Constitution Avenue with the price withheld, and Tanya Stuart bought an office building on Linkwood Court.
