The headline deal: RG Highland LLC, a Laplace-based buyer, bought the Walmart-anchored Highland Village Shopping Center, three buildings on Highland Road. Retail, industrial and office accounted for two sales each, including an 80,000 SF industrial property occupied by FedEx off Coursey Boulevard, and an office property next to the St. George Fire Department's existing fire station on Perkins Road, bought by the department.
