The October 23, 2023 issue covers nine commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Maruti Hotel LLC bought the Microtel Inn & Suites, a 78-unit hotel on Harding Boulevard at Howell Boulevard. Industrial led the week with three of the nine sales, including a South Choctaw Drive facility formerly used as a McDonald's food distribution center, bought by a Destin-based investor, and a former Re-Bath building on Coursey Boulevard bought by Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Baton Rouge Inc.
