The headline deal: Elliott Partners Ltd paid $3.5M ($212.12/SF) for its industrial location at the hard corner of East Highway 30 and South Darla Avenue in Gonzales. Industrial, land and office properties each made up four of the fifteen sales, as LSY Property, LLC bought the former Albertson's on Florida Boulevard at North Sherwood Forest Drive for $1.6M and the Chinese Inn restaurant property on Airline Highway changed hands for $390K.
