The headline deal: Friends of Impact Charter Schools bought Impact Charter School's facility on Lavey Lane in Baker. Land led the week with three of the eleven sales, including 19.5 acres of undeveloped land in the Magnolia Woods subdivision between Highland Road and Menlo Drive that sold, while Swagelok bought its Interline Avenue facility.
