The December 5, 2022 issue covers seven commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Hidden Oaks Owner LLC, for New York-based real estate investment firm CLK Properties, bought the Hidden Oaks at Siegen, a 312-unit apartment complex on Siegen Lane. Multifamily and retail led with two sales each, including the former Sears Auto Center at the Mall of Louisiana, bought by Discount Tire, and the 20-unit Bordeaux apartments south of LSU's campus, which sold to a local investor.
