The headline deal: Jefferson Lakes Apt LLC paid $13.8M ($46,453/unit) for Jefferson Lakes, a 290-unit apartment complex on Jefferson Highway just off the Airline Highway intersection. Retail led the week with four of the thirteen sales, including a former Walgreens at Staring Lane and Perkins Road bought by Lafayette-based investors for $2.8M, while a New York-based investor bought Scenic Gardens, an 84-unit complex off Scenic Highway, for $7.1M.
