This will be solo practitioner’s Psychiatrist’s office. It was an office of an architect. His lease expired, and we are now leasing the space. We need to get the electricity put under the name of my LLC since we are moving in. We need to have this done ASAP as patients are actively scheduled, and the power is currently out. We were told we need to apply for an occupancy permit for Entergy to be able to provide electricity. Note, I put my name under owner’s name as I assumed it should be the name of the owner of the bussiness using the building. The owner of the building’s/landord’s contact info is in the attached lease. However, Bunky Hughes handles bussiness matters for the owner, and he can be reached at 225-315-1114. Additionally, my assistant accidentally filed for an electricians permit due to confusion. Please ignore that permit application. All we are trying to do is having the power turned back on by Entergy and transferred to me. I think an inspection is required to do so. |
