The February 13, 2023 issue covers twelve commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Baton Rouge QOZ Self-Storage LLC, for Illinois-based The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, bought a four-story office building with warehouse and flex space on North 15th Street near Mid City. Office led the week with four of the twelve sales, including a Mid City medical building bought by Partners Southeast, while the Bank of St. Francisville bought a vacant lot on Jefferson Highway for a new branch.
