M&L Industries purchase new BR location
The January 9, 2023 issue covers eleven commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: F2MV LLC, for M & L Industries, bought an industrial property on North Reiger Road for the company's new Baton Rouge location. Retail led the week with four of the eleven sales, including car washes on Airline Highway and Coursey Boulevard bought by Wyoming- and Connecticut-based investors at withheld prices, while attorney Tony Clayton bought a parking lot on Lafayette Street in downtown Baton Rouge.
