The August 29, 2022 issue covers sixteen commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Ross Gold LLC, the owners of Desselle Funeral Home, bought the funeral home's facility on Eddie Robinson Sr. Drive in downtown Baton Rouge. Retail led the week with seven of the sixteen sales, including six Geaux Clean Car Wash locations bought by Arizona-, Iowa- and Houston-based buyers at withheld prices, while Williams Architecture bought a downtown office building on Napoleon Street.
