National developer purchases Circle K on Jefferson
The February 20, 2023 issue covers six commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: DSJB V LLC, for Southern California-based national retail developer Brand Growth Inc, bought the Circle K property at Jefferson Highway and Lobdell Avenue. Retail and office split the week with three sales each, including the owners of C.G.'s Gymnasium buying the gym's facility on Florida Boulevard and a local neurosurgeon buying an office building off Bluebonnet Boulevard.
