The headline deal: JP Morgan Chase Bank paid $2M ($45.06/Land SF) for a 1+ acre parcel of vacant commercial land off Burbank Drive near Lee Drive. Land led the week with six of the nine sales, including a 0.6+ acre parcel slated to be Louisiana's first Dutch Bros Coffee location, bought by a Texas-based company for $650K, while Take 5's newly built property on Sullivan Road sold for $1.22M.
