Ohio-based REIT acquires Oak Grove Townhomes
The March 16, 2026 issue covers twelve commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week. The headline deal: 8888 Airline LLC, a local investor, bought a Conn's Home Plus property on Airline Highway, with plans to lease it to the Secretary of State. Retail made up four of the 12 sales, and an Ohio-based REIT acquired the 88-unit Oak Grove Townhomes in Prairieville, after buying the 148-unit Cedar Grove Townhomes earlier in the month.
