Oil refinery property sold for 15.7 million
The December 15, 2025 issue covers eleven commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week, totaling $44.2M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: BR Bridge School Properties paid $18.8M ($275.30/SF) for a school property on North Airway Drive. Industrial and office properties each made up four of the eleven sales, as Valentra Industrials, recently spun off from Hexion, paid $15.7M for its oil refinery property in Geismar and Our Lady of the Lake Hospital Inc. paid $2M for a medical office property on Flanders Drive.
