The headline deal: BR Bridge School Properties bought a school property on North Airway Drive. Industrial and office properties each made up four of the eleven sales, as Valentra Industrials, recently spun off from Hexion, bought its oil refinery property in Geismar and Our Lady of the Lake Hospital Inc. bought a medical office property on Flanders Drive.
