Park Place apartments sell
The July 21, 2025 issue covers twenty-two commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week. The headline deal: BLA Owner LLC, a New York-based multifamily real estate investment group, bought the Park Place apartment complex on East Boyd Drive. Retail led the week with ten of the twenty-two sales, including a gun range property on Millerville Greens Boulevard and three convenience store/gas stations bought by Duvilex LLC, while The Gates at Citiplace, a 369-unit complex off Corporate Boulevard, sold with the price withheld.
