The October 21, 2024 issue covers six commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week. The headline deal: Country Place 20 LLC, Keystone Twenty 20 LLC and Milbank Twenty 20 LLC bought The Legacy at 2020, a 212-unit multifamily property on South Veterans Boulevard in Gonzales. Land led the week with three of the six sales, while Parris Cardiovascular Center bought a two-story office building on North Harrell's Ferry Road and the Capital Area Finance Authority bought a vacant lot in Beauregard Town just off Government Street.
