The June 19, 2023 issue covers seven commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Brothers of the Sacred Heart of New Orleans Inc bought a religious facility on Hundred Oaks Avenue just off South Acadian Thruway. Retail led the week with three of the seven sales, including a former Hancock Bank branch on South Sherwood Forest Boulevard that sold to a Texas buyer, while Houston-based WhiteWater Express Car Wash bought the Geaux Clean car wash near the forthcoming Amazon fulfillment center at Cortana.
