The headline deal: SSF Holdings LLC, local real estate agent and investor Donnie Jarreau, paid $550K ($157.14/SF) for a restaurant property on South Sherwood Forest Boulevard. The other three sales were one each of industrial, office and mixed-use, including the Geaux Waste Services facility on Hooper Road in Central, bought by Waste Pro of Louisiana for $430K, and a Bluebonnet Boulevard office building that sold to a local investor for $360K.
