The headline deal: LTL Royal Palms-Baton Rouge DST, for California-based multifamily investment and management firm LTL Investments, paid $30M ($238,095/unit) for the Royal Palms apartments off Airline Highway near I-12. Office led the week with seven of the fourteen sales, including a medical facility on East Airport Avenue used by Baton Rouge Vascular Access, bought by New York-based SMBC Group for $5.9M, while local developers Brian Dantin and Ross Bruce bought more than 21 acres on Old Jefferson Highway for $4.02M.
