The headline deal: Louisiana Baton Rouge LLC, for Massachusetts-based real estate investment and property management firm Aspen Square Management, bought the Armstrong Apartments, a 134-unit complex on Burbank Drive. Office led the week with three of the eight sales, including the Elliot Breast Clinic's purchase of its office building near Connell's Park Lane, while T & S Food Services, whose restaurant franchises include Starbucks and Denny's, bought a corner lot on Airline Highway.
