The headline deal: Seaside Healthcare RE PHP LLC, New Jersey-based investment company The Graph Group, paid $8.43M ($167.58/SF) for a psychiatric facility on Greenwell Springs Port Hudson Road. Retail led the week with six of the fifteen sales, while The Graph Group also bought the Seaside Psychiatric Hospital facility on Convention Street for $7.31M and a Houston-based multifamily development company bought the 150-unit Tiger Pointe Apartments near LSU with the price withheld.
