The headline deal: Baton Rouge Vet Center LLC, an Illinois-based investor, bought the former Neighbors Credit Union at South Sherwood Forest Boulevard and Market Place Avenue. Retail and industrial led with three sales each, including a convenience store at Burbank Drive and East Boyd Drive bought by Georgia-based Majors Management, while Missouri-based Central States Water Resources bought an industrial property on Ryder Drive.
