The headline deal: BTR Apt LLC bought a 20-unit multifamily property on Nicholson Drive. Multifamily led the week with two of the four sales, the other a mobile home park in Central, while Victoria's Toy Shop, along with a residential property used for storage, sold on Government Street to Major-Tiemann Investments LLC.
