Canadian Firm Acquires Two Self-Storage Facilities
The October 5, 2020 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Double Zero Perkins LLC, local real estate agent David Trusty, bought the office building at the corner of Perkins Road and Silverside Drive. Canadian firm Kluane Partners bought two self-storage facilities, a 476-unit property on Richcroft Avenue and a 482-unit property on Parkway Drive, while Parker's Pharmacy bought a former bank branch at Florida Boulevard and Cora Drive.
