The February 28, 2022 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: CSBR Investment LLC, Georgia-based Prime Hospitality Management and Investment Group, bought the Wyndham Garden Baton Rouge at the corner of Bluebonnet Boulevard and I-10. Retail led the week with three of the eight sales, including a Florida-based investor's purchase of the Fast Pace Health urgent care clinic in Baker and the sale of a Domino's-anchored retail property on Sullivan Road in Central.
