Five-unit apartment complex off Sherwood Forest sells
The April 1, 2019 issue covers five commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Danos Durham, LLC bought a five-unit multifamily complex plus surplus land at 4521 Durham Place, just off South Sherwood Forest Boulevard. Two industrial buildings that once housed an electric motor service company sold on Plank Road, and McDonald's Real Estate Company bought an outparcel of the Broadmoor Village Shopping Center on Florida Boulevard for a new McDonald's.
