The headline deal: Baton Rouge Multifamily DST, Inland Real Estate Group, paid $49.7M ($174/SF) for The Millennium apartment complex at 6810 Jefferson Highway. JKR Hospitality LLC bought the Shed-Dran Motel on Greenwell Springs Road for $1.23M, and Jack in the Box bought its location at South Choctaw Drive and Airline Highway from SIMCO Investments for $975K.
