The headline deal: SLP II LLC, Milford Wampold III, bought 279 acres at 13393 Nicholson Drive near the Bluebonnet Boulevard intersection. Cary Goss, president of Industrial Fabrics, Inc., bought GEC's office building on Goodwood Boulevard, and Stern Development, a commercial real estate investment and development company out of South Carolina, bought the former Rite Aid site at Siegen Lane and Perkins Road.
