The May 13, 2019 issue covers five commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Turner Industries Group LLC bought more than four acres of undeveloped land at 18700 Highland Road next to Ruffino's. Colorado-based Red Dot Storage bought the Metro Mini Storage facility on Plank Road in Baker, and the owners of Grace Notes School of Music bought office space off North Oak Hills Parkway.
