The headline deal: Sam-High LLC, Donald Jarreau Jr., bought Sammy's Restaurant at 8635 Highland Road, to be leased back to Sammy's majority owner, Sammy Nagem. The Louisiana School Boards Association bought an office building on Florida Street downtown, and Bottom Line Equipment bought two properties next to its La Crete Lane location.
