The July 1, 2019 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week, totaling $22.5M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: Stag Industrial Holdings paid $19.9M ($79/SF) for over 250,000 SF of industrial warehouse space at 6565 and 6735 Exchequer Drive. Our Lady of the Lake bought a medical office building near Essen Lane for $938K, and developer Kevin Nguyen bought 45 acres south of Copper Mill Country Club in Zachary for $802K.
