The headline deal: Our Lady of the Lake Hospital Inc paid $1.33M ($177/SF) for medical office space at 7566 Picardy Avenue near its Essen campus. Brandon Brown's Francis Zachary Holdings LLC bought 15 acres of Fellowship Church's Mount Pleasant Road campus in Zachary for $500K and the frontage property for $1.01M, while a California investor bought the Siegen Lane Starbucks ground lease for an undisclosed price.
