LaCour’s Carpet World buys former Kean’s on Perkins
The July 22, 2019 issue covers eleven commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Samuel & David Lacour bought the former Kean's the Cleaner at 4665 Perkins Road, where LaCour's Carpet World will relocate from Tom Drive. LaCour's sold its Tom Drive location, Krispy Kreme bought its Plank Road location, and Build Baton Rouge bought the Istrouma Mattress Factory building on Plank Road along with two tracts of vacant land south of it.
