The headline deal: M202 LLC, Massad Olinde Benefits Consulting Firm, paid $2.95M ($195/SF) for Building 7 in 6700 Jefferson Office Park at 6700 Jefferson Highway. The Inland Real Estate Group bought Safeguard Self Storage on Jefferson Highway for $1.4M, and two eightplexes near LSU, on Wyoming Street and West Chimes Street, sold for $185K each.
