Planning Commission approves three hangars and a taxiway at BTR
The January 28, 2019 issue covers seventy-one commercial permits issued in Baton Rouge the previous week and eight Planning Commission cases. Three hangars and a new taxiway at BTR, the Hollywood Heights concept plan, a rezoning for 15,300 SF of new office space and the 192 multi-family units and 4,835 SF clubhouse on Harding were each approved 8-0, while of the two controversial office rezoning cases at I-10 and Siegen, one was approved 6-1-1 and the other failed 3-5. Among the permits: a 1,678 SF clinic renovation at Sage Rehabilitation Hospital on Summa Avenue and a new 3,140 SF two-suite office shell building on Bluebonnet Boulevard.
