Closed restaurant on Coursey to become plasma center
The March 4, 2019 issue covers fifty-five commercial permits issued in Baton Rouge the previous week and two Planning Commission cases. A rezoning from Heavy Commercial (C2) to Commercial Alcoholic Beverage (C-AB-2) was requested for the Fred's / Reggie's bar expansion in Tigerland, and a closed restaurant on Coursey sought rezoning from Rural to Light Commercial (LC3) to become a new plasma center. Among the permits: 100 amp panel change-outs in eight units of Building 2 on La Margie Avenue and an office occupancy on South Foster Drive.
