The November 8, 2021 issue covers fourteen commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week, totaling $19.3M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: STNL Baton Rouge LLC, Cincinnati-based real estate investment firm STNL Development, paid $4.88M ($91/SF) for the Conn's HomePlus on Airline Highway south of Florida Boulevard. Retail led the week with four of the fourteen sales, including a fully leased shopping center at Florida Boulevard and North Ardenwood Drive bought by local investors for $3.8M, while MLU Services, a natural disaster recovery contractor from Athens, Georgia, paid $4.5M for a four-story office building off American Way near Coursey Boulevard.
