Dawson Creek Apartments and Mason’s Grill Sold
The July 4, 2022 issue covers thirteen commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: RK Dawson Park DST, for California-based multifamily investment company RK Properties, bought Dawson Park Apartments, a four-story, 155-unit complex on Picardy Avenue in the health district. Multifamily, retail and industrial each accounted for three sales, including a Popeyes off Main Street in Baker bought by a California-based investor and the Mason's Grill property on Jefferson Highway, which sold to the restaurant's new ownership.
