The October 18, 2021 issue covers nine commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week, totaling $35.1M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: CSAH Limited Partnership A Louisiana Partnership in Commendam, a California-based investor, paid $11.8M ($57,716/unit) for Canterbury Square apartments, a 204-unit complex on South River Road near the north gates of LSU. Multifamily, industrial and office each accounted for three of the nine sales, with New York-based investors buying the 208-unit Sable Chase apartments for $8.5M and the 203-unit Pine Grove Apartments for $8M, and a local investor paying $2.7M for a downtown office building on Third Street.
