The headline deal: Live Oaks Baton Rouge Apartments LLC, a New Orleans area investor, paid $20.5M ($111,413/unit) for the Live Oaks apartment complex at 12901 Jefferson Highway at Stumberg Lane. Block Investors LLC, also a New Orleans investor, bought an apartment complex on Titian Avenue north of Florida Boulevard for $3.3M, and the City of Baton Rouge paid $1.72M for land near Glasgow Avenue and Perkins Road for a new library branch.
