The August 19, 2019 issue covers ten commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week, totaling $11.3M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: 4000 Sherwood LLC & Sherwood 4 LLC, investors David Divincenti Jr. and Patrick Cusick, paid $8.53M ($109/SF) for the office building at 4000 South Sherwood Forest Boulevard. Four of the ten sales were duplexes and a fourplex, including a Zachary duplex that sold for $102,000 per unit, while an investment group bought the Taylor Clark building in Mid City for $660K.
